and Trebetherick area, is reverse living, allowing occupants to take
full advantage of the magnificent views.
Surfs Edge has four bedrooms and was renovated in
2007 with a new open plan kitchen / dining room.
The kitchen boasts an American fridge freezer,
washer / drier and double range-master electric cooker.
The ground floor has three bedrooms and main
bathroom.
The first floor comprises lounge, kitchen / dining
room, utility room, study (with daybed & TV), cloakroom / w.c. and a
fourth bedroom which is en-suite.
